Accomplishing the DENTCO Mission

Summer 2016
My name is Angie Gingrich and I am excited to introduce myself to you as one of the newest National Account Managers at DENTCO. I began my journey at DENTCO as a Customer Service Coordinator in September of 2012. It was then that I realized what an amazing company DENTCO is and that we strive to accomplish our mission statement each and every day. I will continue to work hard and to provide the excellent customer service that you, the customer, expects and what DENTCO takes pride in sustaining.

I began my career in customer service as a teenager, as a cashier in a local grocery store. There I learned that customer relationships are very important to maintaining customer retention. When you greet the customer by name and asked about their family, it made their experience personal and they came back every week to buy their groceries. Also if you didn’t smash the bread or break the eggs that helped too! I began my adult career with the United States Postal Service, as a window clerk. I was with the Post Office for 12 years, where my customer service experience grew. That was the time when people actually used the US mail to pay bills and send letters. Again learning your customers wants and needs brought them back. I left the Post Office to raise my daughter and son. During their childhood I had a few other jobs, that always revolved around customer service. Customer service is my passion!

When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my family. My family is very important to me, especially my beautiful granddaughter. She lights up my world every day. Thank you for your partnership and I look forward to getting to you know you!
