DENTCO specializes in the management of all exterior grounds services, including parking lot repair and maintenance, lot sweeping, power washing, snow removal and ice control. All work is managed by a group of DENTCO employees known as Quality Assurance Managers (QAMs). Our offices are strategically located across the nation to allow each QAM to develop a strong working relationship with both Contractor-Partners and individual Property Managers. Contractor-Partners are monitored continuously by the QAMs, and at the end of each season, Partners of the Year are identified and rewarded.

1) A complete exterior physical assets inventory records the square footage of the project.
2) A national pricing matrix categorizes nine geographic zones with unique specifications and needs.
