What is ESM?
From our corporate headquarters in Dewitt, MI and field offices strategically located across the U.S., DENTCO® provides Exterior Services Management® (ESM®) programs for corporations coast to coast. Our ESM™ philosophy enables us to provide a consolidated and centralized exterior facility maintenance solution for national companies and in turn prevents businesses from struggling with fragmentation and poor results caused by multiple contracts.
Serving as your eyes and ears, all ESM work is overseen by our Quality Services Department. This group of industry veterans includes account management personnel at our corporate headquarters and highly trained field personnel, whose offices are strategically located throughout the nation.
In the field 95% of the time, our field personnel are on site verifying service execution and recording site data for our Web-based Enterprise Quality Manager™ (EQM™) system. The EQM™ database then provides authorized users with real time updates and a historical record of each location's conditions to further enhance business monitoring.
Furthermore, members of our Quality Services Department's customer service team are available to answer your calls 24/7, guaranteeing satisfaction by coordinating inquires with field personnel and ensuring excellent communication with customers.
Through our ESM™ model, EQM™ database and our Quality Services Department, Exterior Asset Inventory will be properly assessed to ensure successful property maintenance, accurate annual budgeting and the safety of your guests and employees each season.
