Meet the Management Team
Scott Milnes is the President of DENTCO, the nation’s first Exterior Services Management Company. Scott first began working at DENTCO in 2003 as the Chief Operating Officer. Milnes’ passion is driven by developing and executing extraordinary customer service models. Milnes’ career includes over 20 years in hospitality management and he holds a B.B.A. degree in Management from Adrian College.
Brian Wooton is the Chief Financial Officer of DENTCO. Brian joined the team nearly 24 years ago when the company was called Trees, Inc. Brian played an integral part in the creation of what is now known as DENTCO. Brian is the Chairperson of the Durand Railroad Days Parade. Brian is a CPA and holds a B.B.A. degree in Accounting from the University of Michigan.
Justin Dent is currently the Chief Operating Officer at DENTCO. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Justin started at DENTCO in 1994. He spent many years learning from the ground up, by physically performing all services managed by DENTCO. Dent is a Certified Snow Professional (CSP) through the leading industry Snow & Ice Management Association (SIMA). Justin is passionate about building customer relationships and developing quality initiatives. He is also versed in Risk Management and Accounting.
National Sales Director
With over 20 years of sales and managerial experience, Phelps has been instrumental in matters related to business development and client services. Phelps has been a member of the DENTCO team since 2004. Some of her clients and industry affiliations include: Walmart, Tire Kingdom, Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Collective Brands, PRSM, RFMS, NACS, and IFMA. She leads her sales team to ensure that every client receives the attention they deserve.
Sue Bosscher is the Director of Human Resources at DENTCO. Bosscher began working for DENTCO on a part-time basis in 2008. She moved to full-time in 2016. As the DENTCO HR Director, Bosscher hopes to continue overseeing DENTCO’s personnel, as they continue managing Exterior Service Management® (ESM) services to retailers nationwide. Bosscher was born and raised in Grand Rapids, MI. She moved with her family to Atlanta, GA for seven years before moving back to the Grand Rapids area in 2000.
